His diagrams on the consult and quality of material sold us initially. On install day his team was courteous and also professional. They went above and beyond, even loading my Christmas trees in one cabinet to make sure they fit. They tidied up the work area and even mounted 7 of our bike mounts I found on Amazon thanks to the referral from Richard. I am extremely impressed with the final product and customer service! read less
