Epoxy Floor Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty
Garage Excell’s Epoxy Floor Coatings are made with the highest quality polymers and resins. Our products are designed to prevent damage such as peeling, flaking, chipping, or excessive wear and loss of sheen of the clear-coat sealer. Defects such as fading, yellowing or abnormal color change due to UV exposure are warrantied for the lifetime of the initial owner. Any and all of our manufactured materials with such defects will be replaced at no charge. Garage Excell is not responsible for consequential damage, or improper usage and care of the product.
The manufacturer’s liability hereunder is restricted only to the repair or replacement of the flawed product or materials. The manufacturer shall in no circumstance be responsible for any incidental damages which may result from any defect in material or craftsmanship or from the breach of any express or implied warranty.
This warranty does not cover any destruction of the coating by improper care and use of the product. Said abuse of the product includes but is not limited to vandalism, physical abuse, modifications to the substrate, failure of the substrate, excessive damage beyond the extent of general wear and tear and protections of the product, impact exceeding what our product was designed to handle, exposure to flame, solvents and acids, brake fluid or battery acid or all improper use.
Garage Excell does not guarantee that our slip-resistant coating is 100% slip-free. It is possible for the finish to become slippery in some circumstances including, but not limited to, exposure to grease or oils. Garage Excell is not liable at any time for injury related to a slip and fall event on our product. It is the responsibility of the owner to provide a safe environment for themselves and for anyone surrounding them.
Several states do not permit the restriction or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitation of how long an implied warranty lasts. Because of this, the above limitations may not apply to you. Our warranty provides the customer with specific legal rights, and additional rights may be included depending on which state the garage is installed.
Cabinet Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty
When this product is installed, operated and used according to assembly instructions, Garage Excell will replace defective parts only if part fails as result of manufacturer defective in materials or workmanship for 10-years from product purchase date if cabinet spec is in production, if original owner,
receipt/record of purchase.
Garage Excell systems are manufactured using the highest quality materials and to exact tolerances. We use premium thermoplastics and virgin steel. Materials are warrantied against manufacturing defects for life. Any material with malfunctioning defects will be replaced at no charge. Return of the defective item may be required by Garage Excell. Garage Excell is not responsible for overloading or misuse of the product, and is not responsible for the consequential damage from the use of Garage Excell products.
The manufacturer’s liability hereunder is limited soley to the repair or replacement of the defective product or part and the manufacturer shall in no event be liable for any incidental damages which may result from any defect in material or workmanship or from the breach of any express or implied warranty.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitation of how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
